Please allow this letter to serve as a recommendation and commendation for the firm of Investment Builders, LLC.

I contracted with the firm to complete a major project on my home which included several diverse tasks.  These tasks ranged from minimal molding replacement to reconstructing a major doorway.  The project consisted of painting, patching, woodwork, plastering and carpentry skills.  The quality of craftsmen provided by Investment Builders, LLC was excellent.  They were very well qualified and skillful.

I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the excellent preparation that went into the projects.  The areas were carefully masked and prepped prior to painting.

A very important aspect of this major project was the work and coordination of Gene De La Cruz, Project Manager for Investment Builders, LLC.  Gene was very cooperative and supportive.  He sincerely strived to make sure I was satisfied with the quality of the work and the process involved in the project completion.

I highly recommend Investment Builders, LLC and will continue to utilize their expertise in the future.

Dear Dan:

In an era where many people's word is no longer reliable and many businesses are just "out to make a buck," it is so refreshing to find a company like Investment Builders, LLC that does a beautiful, honest job.

I am a single mom raising three children and I moved back to my home town to a very charming but SMALL 2 bedroom 1 bath house.  Dan and Investment Builders, LLC worked with me to create a home where I now plan on spending the rest of my life and my children have the space and comfort they need.  My daughter often says "our house now looks like a bed and breakfast."

Three unique things about Investment Builders, LLC:  they listened to me and my ideas about my home and how I wanted my addition and they designed accordingly; they kept to our original budget (which I added on to with additional ideas); and, they were on time with the construction.  Our home is now a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, and has a beautiful covered patio.
