The first photo illustrates the most important aspect of any project planning.  Before execution of the work can commence, detailed design, fixture and component selections, lead time management, sub contractor bidding, architectural work, drafting, plan review, and scheduling through final contract must take place.  These are just a few of the actions that must happen before the start of work, and are situational.  Each project and owner’s particular needs and concerns are fully addressed in advance to ensure the most efficient execution of work possible.
